The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is conveniently close to both the MTR and Orchard Rd. Guests can easily explore the city and indulge in shopping at nearby malls. Additionally, the hotel offers a peaceful pool area where guests can relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Not only that, but there are also beautiful parks such as Istana Park and Fort Canning Park within walking distance, perfect for nature lovers.

There were some minor issues with the architraves in the bathrooms, which showed signs of age and water damage.

Regency House is a very nice apartment hotel, right in the Singapore shopping district. The rooms are roomy and clean, the pool is great and the staff is very friendly.

The beds are a bit too firm for our taste, otherwise everything is great.

the convenient of living in one space with my parents and my own family. A home environment away from home with all the comfort of being in your own home while enjoying your holiday. the staff at the Regency house is just wonderful, i was initially booked into a room not suitable for our needs and they offered me another room a larger than the one given to me earlier without any additional charges. We had a family reunion and we all had a wonderful time. I recommend it to all.

there was sometimes a faint odor in the rooms if the AC was turned off. some of the bathroom doors and layouts are old.

Location was very good. Very central, near to metro station and many buses.

The room that we got (a two bedroom appartment) was too small and did not correspond to the floor plan displayed on their website: one tiny bathroom instead of two and two very small bedrooms. There was no place to put a babycot (we are a family with three young children). Too noisy. From outside, because of the busy Penang road, the windows are not isolated. From the corridor, because of the poor isolation of the door. No room service, because there is no restaurant in the hotel. And although there are a lot of small take aways nearby it is always convinient to be able to order something to eat at the hotel. Poor breakfast and very small room for the breakfast. Little choice of food. Always overcrowded. I saw people queueing to have a table! The staff is nice and very polite but sometime helpless. We asked them to book a taxi for us on the day of our departure and it was not done. And when we had to leave there was no taxi, and all the taxi on the street were busy. It took us 10 min to have a taxi finally, but it was very stressful. I think this hotel is good for a long stay but not for a week.

Our stay at the serviced apartments was well worth the money. The room was spacious and packed with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Orchard Road shopping malls and the MRT stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our 9-day stay. a fantastic experience.

We travelled as a family of 3 adults, a 4 year old and a small baby. The two bed apartment fitted us very easily, although the bathroom is a bit small but manageable. Facilities were very clean and weekday breakfast changed daily and was of good quality. The staff were extremely accommodating helping with bookings; directions and finding little extras like sewing kits. The welcome basket and lobby goodies (and coffee) was a nice treat for the 4 year old and the baby toiletries and teddy bear for the baby were very sweet. The pool was delightful; the gym functional and the location extremely central.Reasonably priced compared with other Singapore hotels.

the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. from the spacious and stylish apartment with all the amenities we needed for our toddler, to the excellent service provided by the staff, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. the location was perfect with easy access to transportation and shops nearby. overall, it was a great stay and we couldn't have asked for more.

The location of the serviced apartment is excellent, as it is situated on Penang Road, just across the street from the popular shopping destination, Orchard Road. This makes it convenient for budget travelers like me to explore the numerous shops and dine at various restaurants. Additionally, the apartment is very close to the Ghoby Ghaut MRT station, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

One negative aspect mentioned in a review is the issue with the air systems in some rooms, causing a smell of smoke even in non-smoking suites. It is advisable to double-check with the hotel staff regarding this matter before making a reservation.

I frequently travel to this city for work and recently spent 12 days at a serviced apartment close to popular attractions. The location was perfect, with easy access to local transportation. The room was spacious, clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool was a great place to relax after a long day. it was a fantastic stay.
